This newly constructed and stylish beach house is located in the heart of Nags Head steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to a fantastic beach. This 4 bedroom beach house has ample space to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks. The backyard is fully fenced in. Your own private hot tub is open year round to soak in and the private pool is available and heated April - November. Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.

Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - 1 king bed with en suite primary bathroom w/shower - 1 king bed - 2 sets of double bunks (twin over twin) - main bathroom with tub/shower combo Mid level floor - Living room with 85 inch tv - Dining table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably - Additional seating outdoors and at kitchen island - 4th bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Has private access off the kitchen back door that we call our "mother in-law" suite. Also has a mini fridge and microwave. - Washer and dryer Ground level - Heated pool - Hot tub - Fully fenced backyard - Beach gear and beach cruiser bikes - Chairs and umbrellas - Wood burning fire pit - Gas grill - Outdoor shower We supply: - Bed linens and bath towels - Beach towels - 8 beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use - Cooler - Beach cart that rolls on sand

Other Details to Note

The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is automatically included in the nightly rate by Airbnb when you select that you are brining pets. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival. We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play with sheets are also kept at the house. We provide the following: - shampoo, conditioner, body wash - toilet paper - paper towels - dishwasher tablets - laundry pods and dryer sheets - Keurig coffee pods - trash bags

As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By making this reservation and using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.
