The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival. As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By making this reservation and using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

Guests will have the entire "Aprés Sea" house, including the private backyard with heated saltwater pool and hot tub. This ground level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and storage room with beach cruiser bikes and beach gear. Just a great space for our extended family of 9. Great location with easy access to the beach. Kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. Had one issue with a fire alarm battery. From the time I informed Travis of the problem until he arrived with a ladder and battery was 15 minutes. Impressive! Highly recommend this home and host.

Our first trip to the OBX was a great experience! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had the perfect layout for family meals and relaxing. Even with a week of rainy, windy weather and double red flags at the beach, the pool and jacuzzi made up for it. Beds were comfy and there were 4 bathrooms. No fighting for space! We made several meals at home and the kitchen had all the essentials. The location was ideal, walking or biking everywhere, quick, easy access to the beach and the grocery store was just a minute away. Travis provided a helpful local guide filled with recommendations, many of which we tried. We loved the crabs from Austin’s Fish Market, the kids’ bike trips to Booty Treats Ice Cream, and our favorite meal at Kill Devil Grill (be sure to ask Jenn for her signature cocktail!). We also drove to Cape Hatteras to see the lighthouse which unfortunately is under restoration and reopening summer 2026. We’d gladly recommend Travis’s place!

The house was amazing, looked just like the pictures! Everything was so clean and the beach was a walkable distance which was very convenient. Everything about the place was amazing with a responsive host as well. I cannot wait to come back here!
