"AprƩs Sea" is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home great for up to 11 guests, with ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces to relax. The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival. By making this reservation and using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

This was a fantastic find! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect with a short two-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Some of the extras we enjoyed were the heated pool and hot tub, the bikes, fire pit and ping pong table. Our wonderful host, Travis, was easy to work with and the check-in process was seamless. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you Travis!

Iā€™ve been vacationing in OBX for 35 years, and I have never stayed at a ā€œdog friendly ā€œ house that was so clean, well appointed, comfortable and quality furniture, beds, kitchen well stocked, nice quality. The back yard area was clean and very inviting! Loved the heated pool & hot tub, fire pit looked inviting but we were at the Bluegrass Festival in Manteo every night and didnā€™t get to check that out. Travis was very responsive, professional and polite. Iā€™m very particular and this house exceeded my standards!!

Iā€™ve never been to an AirBnb where truly all I needed was my clothes and toothbrush! We were just amazed at how every single was thought of at this Airbnb. Not only for the adults but also for kids, babies, and dogs. They had every utensil/kitchen item you could need (even a crock pot!); they had everything we needed for our baby (packnplay, though we brought ours, booster seat, child utensils and plates, even board books!); they had bowls for our dogs and even a poop bag dispenser outside. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and we felt so cozy and at home. It was equally as clean as well. The backyard is amazing with a warm pool, fireplace, etc. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Location was also perfect, so close to the beach and you can walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes. We would stay here again and again!

Travisā€™ home was beautiful and close walking distance to the beach! The photos & description were very accurate, along with the home having plenty of kitchen supplies, toiletries, beach equipment, clean beds & sheets, and blasting AC. The home was the perfect stay for our group of friends & kids - had plenty of space, seating, rooms, and the beach & pool being so close made it even more comfortable! Definitely would recommend others to stay here when visiting OBX.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. Very clean with nice amenities. Swimming pool and Hot Tub were perfect. The fenced back yard was awesome for our two dogs.

Our group stay was everything we wanted. Walking distance to the beach and grocery store. Great location and plenty of parking! We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house was fully furnished where we didn't have to bring anything but ourselves. Definitely would stay here again.
