This completely remodeled and stylish beach retreat is just steps from the best beach accesses in Nags Head. You'll enjoy being close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The private, saltwater pool is available and heated April thru November. Backyard is fully fenced in. Hot tub is open year round to soak in. The beach is a short walk away and easy with the beach cart and beach gear provided. Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is great for up to 11 guests, with ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces to relax. The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival. We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play with sheets are also kept at the house. As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By making this reservation and using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

Newly remodeled, extra clean and well appointed! Kitchen was well equipped with numerous new appliances, utensils, dishware, cookware, etc. All features and outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, firepit) worked perfectly, no issues. Logistics and access to local attractions/shopping was very convenient. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice, safe neighborhood with easy access to the beach.

We were thrilled with our experience at Travis’ place! Honestly our expectations were exceeded. Thoughtful touches were everywhere. Every time we wanted something, it was there. Our group wanted to hang out and cook and bake together and play games and hit the hot tub (we visited in late November) and this house was so perfect for us. The location was perfect. The comfort level was wonderful. The kitchen was really well appointed. The beds were so comfortable. We can’t say enough. Thank you Travis! We loved our visit!
