POOL INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

You will appreciate the fantastic location of this beachside house. It's steps from a popular coffee shop, The Front Porch Cafe, as well as near one of the very best beach accesses in Nags Head - Abalone Street. The Outer Surf Shop is at the end of the street and provides surfboard rentals and lessons. The beach access is a favorite because it typically has a sandbar at low tide that keeps the water more shallow than other areas along the oceanfront. You can also take a stroll to the Nags Head pier and comb the beach for shells along the way. Dogs are also allowed on Nags Head beaches year round. Many other shops and dining options are nearby this centrally located beach house.

Guest Access

Guests will have the entire "Shorebreak" house, which includes a ground level with a carport and picnic table. This ground level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, beach cruiser bikes, and beach gear. The house has a living space with a smart TV. YouTube TV is offered for watching live channels, and you can also access your own streaming services too. The dining table has seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a king bed and en suite master bath, a second with another king bed, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds). There is a full bath with a shower/tub in the hallway as well. The private hot tub is open year round and the private pool is available April thru November (and we'll keep it open longer weather permitting).

We had a great getaway here! The place is spotless and the sheets, oh my, the sheets! We absolutely loved the pool, too. I chose this location because of it being pup friendly, which it definitely was. I was bummed by the sand spur situation, which with two furry dogs required some diligence on our part to keep them safe. I recommend bringing a metal comb just in case. The location couldnā€™t be beat - we really didnā€™t even need to venture out too far to get to anything we needed or wanted, which was perfect, especially the short walk to the grocery store! I would definitely stay here again!

I would absolutely stay here again! Travisā€™ place was spotless and perfectly locatedā€”just a short walk to the beach and grocery store, with everything you need nearby. Since the current was a bit rough during our visit, we took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi instead, and it made for such a relaxing and enjoyable day. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience!

Everything was great about this rental - very close to the beach - very close to Grocery store - some great restaurants very close - brew threw close as well - no complaints - having a pool was key as the beach was very rough due to weather the week we were there ā€¦ host was very responsive and gave us a great local guide of his favorite restaurants and things to do and when place was ready we were able to check in early - no compliants - highly recommend staying here

Travis was very responsive from initial booking to our departure! The house was exactly as described. Very clean, smelled fresh and well stocked . The outdoor pool was perfect size along with a hot tub and fire pit with fire wood. This place accommodated our family of 5 adults , 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. He reached out several times during our stay with friendly reminders. Canā€™t say enough great things about him or his house. Will definitely rent from him again.

This beach house is perfect. Everything is top notch. Bedrooms are beautiful and comfy. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are squeaky clean and the living room area has lots of seating for everyone. The beach and Food Lion are both within a very short walk. Thereā€™s also a very yummy ice cream place within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Nags Head! Walkable to a beautiful beach, restaurants, shops, and coffee. House had everything we needed and more. The outside living area stood out- beautiful pool, lounges, and hot tub. The hosts were knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. What a great find!

Find us

You'll be in the heart of Nags Head, near galleries, shops, and dining. Not to mention the close walking proximity to the Abalone beach access (a local favorite). There is a popular walking and jogging path just a block away too along the beach road. The Front Porch Cafe coffee shop is 100 feet away, and a grocery store is in the same shopping center.
