This 3 bedroom beach house has ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks. The backyard is fully fenced in. Your own private hot tub is open year round to soak in and the private pool is available and heated April - November. Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.

POOL INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we require all individuals utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities at our vacation rental property to agree to the following indemnification clause. By using these amenities, guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner and management from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the pool and hot tub, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents occurring on the premises. Guests acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution and responsibility while using these facilities. Furthermore, guests are responsible for the supervision of any minors or individuals under their care while they are using the pool and hot tub. Guests also agree to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines regarding the use of the facilities and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of access to these amenities without refund. By utilizing the pool and hot tub facilities, guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnification clause and assume all risks associated with the use of these amenities during their stay at our vacation rental property.

Neighborhood

You will appreciate the fantastic location of this beachside house. It's steps from a popular coffee shop, The Front Porch Cafe, as well as near one of the very best beach accesses in Nags Head - Abalone Street. The Outer Surf Shop is at the end of the street and provides surfboard rentals and lessons. The beach access is a favorite because it typically has a sandbar at low tide that keeps the water more shallow than other areas along the oceanfront. You can also take a stroll to the Nags Head pier and comb the beach for shells along the way. Dogs are also allowed on Nags Head beaches year round. Many other shops and dining options are nearby this centrally located beach house.

Guest access

Guests will have the entire house, which includes a ground level with a carport and picnic table. This ground level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, beach cruiser bikes, and beach gear. The house has a living space with a smart TV. YouTube TV is offered for watching live channels, and you can also access your own streaming services too. The dining table has seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms (one with a king bed and en suite master bath, a second with another king bed, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds). There is a full bath with a shower/tub in the hallway as well. The private hot tub is open year round and the private pool is available April thru November (and we'll keep it open longer weather permitting).

Talk about a perfect vacation! Everything was just as we had expected and Travis was a fantastic host. The house is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your time in OBX. The group highlight was the heated pool and hot tub, we made great use of it when we were not walking to the beach or out exploring. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to visit the OBX and want to have a worry free place to stay.

Loved this house! We stay at a ton of Airbnb’s and the kitchen/utensils can be questionable, that was definitely not the case with this home! The kitchen was spotless and the grill in the backyard was very clean as well. Such a cute and clean house.

Find us

You'll be in the heart of Nags Head, near galleries, shops, and dining. Not to mention the close walking proximity to the Abalone beach access (a local favorite). There is a popular walking and jogging path just a block away too along the beach road. The Front Porch Cafe coffee shop is 100 feet away, and a grocery store is in the same shopping center.
