This beach house is designed for you to show up and relax. A short walk to the beach and fully equipped with beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, sand toys, and umbrellas. After your fun in the sun, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the outdoor living space with a hammock and ample deck space. The first level is the main living space with an open kitchen, dining and living areas. A smart TV allows you to access your streaming services and live channels via YouTube TV. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 8. There is 1 bedroom on this floor with a king bed. A full bath with a tile shower is right outside the bedroom along with a full-size, stacked washer and dryer. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a deck off of the rear bedroom with glimpses of the ocean and a view of the Wright Brothers National Memorial. The ground level has a carport, hot tub open year round, hammock, picnic table, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. This level also has a storage unit with all beach supplies (a beach cart, 6 chairs, umbrellas, cooler) plus 4 adult beach cruiser bikes and 1 child's cruiser bike. The hot tub is open year-round. The backyard is fully fenced for dogs and connected so that you can just let the dog out through the rear door. There is also a fire pit around which to relax on those cooler evenings.
Other Details to Note
The house accommodates up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee and has a fully fenced backyard. If you have a special request, please reach out to us. We offer a convenient check-in for guests with a keyless entry system. The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the cottage. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play are also available. There is a park- style outdoor charcoal grill for when you just want to chill and grill at the house. We also provide a starter pack with the following: - toilet paper - paper towels - dishwasher tablets - laundry pods - trash bags - Keurig coffee pods
