Staying out on the beach was the best! My group was 6 people worth and we all were super comfortable! Kill Devil Hill’s was so pretty, and even when it was raining we had something to do! Definitely would love to come back here again sometime!

Incredible stay - the home was very clean, felt homey, easy/quick walk to beach access and super delicious/convenient coffee spot just down the street! We also loved having access to bikes & beach gear, so we didn’t have to pack any ourselves. Travis responded to our questions very quickly and was an amazing host. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first trip to the OBX was a great experience! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had the perfect layout for family meals and relaxing. Even with a week of rainy, windy weather and double red flags at the beach, the pool and jacuzzi made up for it. Beds were comfy and there were 4 bathrooms. No fighting for space! We made several meals at home and the kitchen had all the essentials. The location was ideal, walking or biking everywhere, quick, easy access to the beach and the grocery store was just a minute away. Travis provided a helpful local guide filled with recommendations, many of which we tried. We loved the crabs from Austin’s Fish Market, the kids’ bike trips to Booty Treats Ice Cream, and our favorite meal at Kill Devil Grill (be sure to ask Jenn for her signature cocktail!). We also drove to Cape Hatteras to see the lighthouse which unfortunately is under restoration and reopening summer 2026. We’d gladly recommend Travis’s place!

Everything was great about this rental - very close to the beach - very close to Grocery store - some great restaurants very close - brew threw close as well - no complaints - having a pool was key as the beach was very rough due to weather the week we were there … host was very responsive and gave us a great local guide of his favorite restaurants and things to do and when place was ready we were able to check in early - no compliants - highly recommend staying here

Comfortable beds, walk to beach with beach chairs, towels and cart all provided. Loved the hot tub and having bikes! Rode for coffee every morning after sunrise. Nice little family reset

Lovely home, just as described. We enjoyed using the beach supplies and appreciated not having to take the space in our car to bring our own. Home was clean and fully stocked also great location. One night we walked to dinner at Tortuga’s Lie nearby.

Great place to visit the beach with a family. The beach gear was a huge help and it was a very short walk to the beach. The home was very clean with what looked like a recently upgraded interior. We would definitely recommend booking this home for your vacation.

Fantastic stay! Spotless, well-stocked home; flexible outdoor spaces; thoughtfully curated beach gear—just outstanding! Everyone in our extended family group ranging from ages 7 to 68 had a blast. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

House was very nicely decorated. Appreciated the fenced backyard for the dog, baby gates, and hot tub. Bicycles were available all though we did not need them. Loved the beach access: very close and great walkway to get on to the beach. Beach towels were a plus and the outdoor shower was Amazing. Loved the house, the location, and Travis and Scott were the perfect hosts.

Travis was very responsive from initial booking to our departure! The house was exactly as described. Very clean, smelled fresh and well stocked . The outdoor pool was perfect size along with a hot tub and fire pit with fire wood. This place accommodated our family of 5 adults , 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. He reached out several times during our stay with friendly reminders. Can’t say enough great things about him or his house. Will definitely rent from him again.
