Just a great space for our extended family of 9. Great location with easy access to the beach. Kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. Had one issue with a fire alarm battery. From the time I informed Travis of the problem until he arrived with a ladder and battery was 15 minutes. Impressive! Highly recommend this home and host.

Amazing! This was my first AIRBNB and after one hour in this house I said I would never go back to a hotel!
I would highly recommend this house and location if you just want pure relaxation! Everything was more than we ever expected.

We had a great getaway here! The place is spotless and the sheets, oh my, the sheets! We absolutely loved the pool, too.
I chose this location because of it being pup friendly, which it definitely was. I was bummed by the sand spur situation, which with two furry dogs required some diligence on our part to keep them safe. I recommend bringing a metal comb just in case.
The location couldn’t be beat - we really didn’t even need to venture out too far to get to anything we needed or wanted, which was perfect, especially the short walk to the grocery store!
I would definitely stay here again!

This is probably the best-equipped and well-planned Airbnb I've stayed at. They really put thought into what people might need/want and provided quality items for indoor/outdoor living and activities. We were able to minimize packing because pretty much everything you need is already there, without being cluttered with junk. The space is roomy and comfortable, with an actually functional kitchen. The backyard is beautiful, we had a great time using the grill, pool, and hot tub. It's a short walk to the beach, which was a good hangout spot despite the hurricane swimming restrictions. The only downside was a lot of construction noise from the back neighbors during our stay, hopefully they will be finished soon and next season will be more peaceful. Hosts were always quick to respond and very helpful, providing clear instructions and each check in/out.

The house was beautiful and it accommodated my family perfectly! The hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with at all times! Response time was almost immediate!! We would definitely book with them again either here or at another listing they host.

We enjoyed our stay - had a great time. Great location! Shops, restaurants and grocery all within walking distance. Short walk to beach. Great accommodations! Very nice place with a pool and fenced in back yard. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely stay here again! Travis’ place was spotless and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach and grocery store, with everything you need nearby.
Since the current was a bit rough during our visit, we took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi instead, and it made for such a relaxing and enjoyable day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had an incredible stay at Scott’s beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials, beach towels to board games and beach accessories. It really felt like a home away from home.
The location couldn’t have been better—just a short 3 min walk to the beach and surrounded by great local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Scott was friendly, responsive, and made our experience trouble free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach stay!

Our first trip to the OBX was a great experience! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had the perfect layout for family meals and relaxing. Even with a week of rainy, windy weather and double red flags at the beach, the pool and jacuzzi made up for it. Beds were comfy and there were 4 bathrooms. No fighting for space! We made several meals at home and the kitchen had all the essentials.
The location was ideal, walking or biking everywhere, quick, easy access to the beach and the grocery store was just a minute away. Travis provided a helpful local guide filled with recommendations, many of which we tried. We loved the crabs from Austin’s Fish Market, the kids’ bike trips to Booty Treats Ice Cream, and our favorite meal at Kill Devil Grill (be sure to ask Jenn for her signature cocktail!).
We also drove to Cape Hatteras to see the lighthouse which unfortunately is under restoration and reopening summer 2026.
We’d gladly recommend Travis’s place!

Everything was great about this rental - very close to the beach - very close to Grocery store - some great restaurants very close - brew threw close as well - no complaints - having a pool was key as the beach was very rough due to weather the week we were there … host was very responsive and gave us a great local guide of his favorite restaurants and things to do and when place was ready we were able to check in early - no compliants - highly recommend staying here
